Unlike previous systems, Agentforce is powered by Atlas, an advanced AI engine that enables agents to autonomously execute business tasks, learn from data, and refine workflows. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff emphasized Agentforce’s accuracy, driven by its reliance on Data Cloud, which consolidates customer data from various sources to ensure AI actions are precise and reliable​.

In addition to this major launch, Dreamforce hosted its popular Demojam competition, where various Salesforce partners demonstrated their cutting-edge solutions.
