How does GoMeddo work with Salesforce?
GoMeddo is a 100% native Salesforce application that simplifies managing booking and scheduling needs for any situation. As it is available on the AppExchange, you can easily install GoMeddo in your Salesforce production or Sandbox environment. With GoMeddo, you can create a calendar from any standard object and most custom objects. Additionally, you can leverage the powerful tools in Salesforce, including permissions, automation (flow/apex), and dashboards/reporting, to interact with GoMeddo data.
Does GoMeddo have the capability to schedule locations, resources and equipment needed for events?
Yes! This is one of the main use-cases of GoMeddo.

What is the difference between GoMeddo and Salesforce Lightning Scheduler?
GoMeddo is a highly scalable solution for any situation or industry. While Lightning Scheduler is built to plan appointments, GoMeddo can tackle any reservation and booking scenario (which also includes appointment booking). Can I access the GoMeddo roadmap?
Yes, the roadmap is available here. Our roadmap is subject to change and feature requests can be made by customers and prospects.
Can I use GoMeddo to create and publish a schedule for customers/students/partners?
Yes, you can connect GoMeddo to your own UI using our SDK or API, or publish a GoMeddo schedule via Salesforce Experience Cloud. This is often used to publish course schedules or gym classes. Or create online booking flows for appointments, for example in clinics.
I am a Salesforce partner, can I buy GoMeddo for my customers?

Is GoMeddo SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliant?
GoMeddo is ISO 27001 certified, our HQ is located in the Netherlands so GDPR applies to all our data. GoMeddo is a native Salesforce Solution. That means that there is no data stored outside of the Salesforce environment. As Salesforce is SOC 2 compliant, so is GoMeddo.

How does your pricing structure work?
GoMeddo is a native Salesforce scheduling solution without any limits on reservations or the number of ‘bookable items’, so no matter how many bookings or appointments you create, you won't be charged more. Pricing consists of various factors; see our pricing page for more information.
I’m not a salesforce customer, can I still use GoMeddo?
If your company doesn't use Salesforce yet, you can still use GoMeddo. We offer a Salesforce platform license as part of our product. This license grants access to GoMeddo and basic Salesforce functionality, providing a perfect way to get started with your CRM.If you're already a Salesforce customer, you can use your existing licenses and simply enable the GoMeddo license on top of your current setup.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organisations?
Yes we do. GoMeddo is used by various non-profit organisations to help them with their scheduling and booking needs. Get in contact to learn more.
How do I determine how many GoMeddo licenses I need?
The number of GoMeddo licenses depends on your use case. Anyone who requires access (view, edit or create) to the GoMeddo calendar or the related reservations needs a GoMeddo license.

How do I install GoMeddo on my Salesforce org?
You, or your administrator, can install GoMeddo from the Salesforce AppExchange. To try the application you can install a free trial in a Sandbox or your production environment. How does GoMeddo work with Salesforce?
GoMeddo is a native Salesforce solution that extends your existing application with booking and scheduling capabilities. It allows you to book any object, whether standard or custom, directly in the system. This includes a couple of standard bookable objects, such as Resource and Staff. Resources represent physical locations like buildings or rooms. GoMeddo can easily extend this to any object.
As GoMeddo runs natively on the Salesforce platform, you have immediate access to a wide range of functionality directly from the Salesforce suite. For instance, automation can be used to send email alerts. You can also leverage the standard reporting and dashboarding features. Additionally, permission management is highly elaborate, allowing you to customize access and control.

How do I integrate GoMeddo with external systems?
GoMeddo works similarly to Salesforce APIs, allowing you to use the same API authentication to integrate with external platforms and fetch specific data. Our API enables certain functionalities, such as fetching timeslots or available resources. For more information, you can refer to the API documentation at https://apidocs.gomeddo.com/. Keep in mind that you can also use the standard Salesforce REST API for data-level integration, which includes GoMeddo data.
How do I extend GoMeddo to my own use case?
GoMeddo offers various scheduling, booking and organisation screen flow components to create the ultimate experience for your users. These components allow you to check available items or combinations of available items from a flow. The same functionality is also exposed to Apex.

Can I change the appearance of the calendars?
Yes, calendars can be customized in various ways. Use different views, such as day, week, or month, or create a custom view. You can also choose from different colors, filters, and predefined fields. Additionally, hovers and title groups are available for customization. For more information, refer to the relevant documentation pages.
