Implementation Consultant @ GoMeddo
GoMeddo is a native Salesforce ISV app built for flexible scheduling, used by organisations like Nuffield Health, Jaguar Land Rover, and Freedom Boat club. We’ve been part of the Salesforce ecosystem for over a decade, with a focus on building scalable, no-compromise booking solutions entirely on core Salesforce. Our team is based in the Netherlands, combining deep platform expertise with a product mindset.
We’re now looking to grow our team with an experienced Implementation Consultant who is ready to take on complex challenges, drive real customer impact, and help shape the future of scheduling on Salesforce.
The most important tasks
- Prepare and facilitate discovery workshops with the customer
- Identify and specify functional and technical requirements of the customer
- (Help partners) Implement GoMeddo at our customers solutions according to these requirements
- Build GoMeddo customisations for our customers in SF, Apex or Flow
- Create detailed solution documentation and provide user training and support
- Independently maintain customer relationships
- Identify new opportunities with the customer and convert these into new projects
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce and GoMeddo best practices, new features, and releases
- Demonstrate our product to prospective customers
- Being able to extend our product with small extension packages.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in ICT or Business Administration
- Experience implementing Salesforce
- Three years of experience in a consultancy role
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent analytical skills
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changing plans and new environments
- Customer focus is in your DNA
- Basic Salesforce certificates (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud) are a pre
- Some Salesforce Development experience (apex), or the ambition to learn this
- Experience with GoMeddo a big plus, but not a necessity
