Delivering the booking platform for 1.000+ business events at ClubMed

As one of the most prominent high-end travel and tourism operators, ClubMed has been organizing more than 1.000 business events every year at their 80 all-inclusive resort villages in holiday locations worldwide. The needed a Salesforce based booking platform to match their needs.

- Option to attach the order status (confirmed, pending, canceled) to the booking to avoid double bookings or overbookings

The result

After integrating with the Sales Cloud, GoMeddo linked all the scheduling to its platform through the opportunity and quote pages to keep the sales processes easy and efficient. The agents now have  a booking engine that allows them to schedule from business events to team meetings while keeping track of the availability of ClubMed's locations. This solution ensured the sales team could work fast, efficiently, and in real time.
